1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At thislittlenow.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Packaging: Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained, or soil-marked.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@thislittlenow.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thislittlenow.com.

  • Please include a clear photo of the damage and your order number.

  • We will send out a replacement for damaged items at no extra cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for incorrect or defective items.

  • Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (e.g., if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thislittlenow.com.

    • Why? Since you are selling globally, offering free returns on international orders can be extremely expensive and eat up your entire profit margin. If you do want to offer free returns, you can simply change Section 6 to say "We offer free returns on all orders."
